BTS Become Reality TV Stars With ‘BTS Countdown’ Show : News : KpopStarz

The fun never ends with BTS as they continue to make moves in the K-Pop industry! After gaining much success after releasing their album ‘Love Yourself: Her,’ the boys come together again for their own TV show program ‘BTS Countdown.’

After filming for their very own segment on Mnet ‘M! Countdown’, the boys were received well by fans and viewers that they have decided to continue on with the music program that documents their experience as singers, artists, and their music creation process.

On September 27, Mnet confirmed the new by releasing this official announcement: “We recently filmed content for BTS and will continue filming more for future episodes.” The show is expected to begin airing in late October. Fans already expressed their excitement saying, “Gettiing my popcorn ready and hanging a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign when I see BTS Countdown show. Yep…it’s a family event” and “I hope it’s a permanent thing, and not just a few episodes or whatever… BTS should get their own TV show!”

However, international fans are showing jealousy as they have to wait for the episodes to air and be posted online. Hopefully, BTS can make some sort of gift for international fans, too? Stay tuned for more updates!

MBC’s “Section TV” has issued a formal apology for reporting false information about T-ara and Banana Culture president Wang Sicong.

On January 14, “Section TV” made an official correction by stating, “The content that was aired during last week’s broadcast regarding T-ara and Wang Sicong was based on a report that we received at the time. Because the involved parties denied it, we are making a correction.”

The show added, “In the future, we will be more careful with our fact-checking.”

During its January 7 episode, “Section TV” falsely reported that Wang Sicong had paid MBK Entertainment 9 billion won (approximately $8.5 million) to buy out T-ara’s contracts. The show also claimed that the agency head had gifted each member of the girl group with a luxury car.

Both T-ara and Wang Sicong took to social media the next day to firmly deny the rumors.

“Section TV” had previously responded to their denial on January 9 by saying, “We are in the middle of determining the truth.”
