Fly To The Sky’s Brian Joo Talks About Being Single For 10 Years

A press conference was held for MBN’s new drama “Yeonnam-dong 539” on January 10.

Actors including Lee Moon Sik, Lee Jong Hyuk, Oh Yoon Ah, Fly to the Sky’s Brian Joo, Go Na Eun (formerly known as Rainbow’s Go Woori), Yang Jung Won, Choi Woo Hyuk, Teen Top’s Chunji, and more were in attendance to talk about their drama.

During the interview, Brian Joo expressed his stance on leading a single life. He said, “Right now, I live with my cousin. She doesn’t have a boyfriend and I don’t have a girlfriend. It’s been over 10 years since I’ve dated. I like this life and it’s comfortable.”

He continued, “It’s not sad being single. I prefer living like this. There are people who are married and regret getting married and want to get divorced, and there are friends who are living happily. I don’t want to rush getting married.”

“Yeonnam-dong 539” is a series that tells the story about events that occur inside of a share house in the neighborhood of Yeonnam. Every episode will tell a new story and explore topics such as living a single life, being married but separated, the generation that gave up on things, cybercrime, voice phishing, and more.

“Yeonnam-dong” premiered on January 10 at 11 p.m. KST.

In the making video of tvN’s “Hwayugi,” Lee Seung Gi and Cha Seung Won attempt to come up with different ways to show off their humorous bromance.

In the beginning of the clip, Lee Seung Gi and Cha Seung Won are filming an argument scene at the dinner table. Both their lines are dripping with sarcasm, and they make humorous expressions and gestures to better deliver their dialogues. Eventually, they make the cast and crew laugh at their funny chemistry.

The next scene that the actors filmed was the one where Lee El attempts to stab Oh Yeon Seo but is stopped by both Lee Seung Gi and Cha Seung Won. Cha Seung Won tells Lee El to stab him harder with the prop knife in order to make it seem more realistic. When she does, he compliments her and tells her that she’s doing a good job.

Last but not least, Lee Seung Gi and Cha Seung Won film the elevator scene where Lee Seung Gi knocks Cha Seung Won unconscious, and Cha Seung Won collapses against him. The two of them conjure up different ideas to make the scene both amusing and impacting. After they film the scene, they check the monitor and can’t help but laugh at themselves.
